Colombian Huila Supremo - Medium/dark roast.  Rich, very fragrant, savory, sweet finish, medium body, hints of chocolate.  Just what you'd expect.  Low acidity.

Mexican Decaf - Medium roast.  Mild, nutty, sweet, hints of fruit.  Clean.  This decaf is roasted just into second crack and has an enjoyable finish.  Smells fantastic!

Guatemalan Antigua - Medium roast - from the Guatemala coffee district of Antigua in the highlands, this hard bean coffee is aromatic and fragrant with a medium body.  Guatemala's own unique smoky flavor is well balanced with the hint of spiciness you may detect in this coffee.  Sweet smoky aroma, hints of lemon and mild chocolate.  Low acidity - Smooth.

Sumatra Mandheling  - Grade 1 - Medium/dark roast.  Heavy, sweet, syrupy body, low acidity, rich and complex with earthy flavor.  This bean is roasted well just into second crack. Bean surface just beginning to oil.  Dark, pungent, low acidity.  Packed with sweet, roasty flavor.  Our darkest roasted coffee.

Brazil - Deterra Sweet Yellow -  Medium dark roast.  This estate-grown coffee is a blend that offers an intense buttery aroma.  This bean is great as an espresso all by itself or equally enjoyed as a drip coffee.  You will experience a powerful and intense nuttiness with brown sugar and caramel notes with milk chocolate sensations.  Smooth, elegant flavor in this premium South American coffee.

Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe - Light roast.  From a small growing region in Africa, Yirga Cheffe adds a soft, fragrant, flowery note that is complex to the palate with a long resonant finish.  Very distinctive.  Some fruity/flowery notes in the cup and dry aroma.  Often citrusy, and very tea-like in the cup.  High acidity.

Train Wreck (Roaster's Blend) - This is a special blend of select single origins from our current offerings.  This blend is great as a morning coffee or at any time freshness is desired with full bodied richness.  Very complete and unique.  Medium acidity and nice finish.  It's a little different every time.
 

Black Smoke - An extraordinary blend of Central and South America  coffees AND a touch of East African variety added for a boost of "wild" flavors.  No oily beans here.  All medium roasted and ready for the espresso machine.  This blend makes GREAT drip coffee as well!

Mocha Java - This is the traditional light and medium dark roast blend from Africa and Indonesia.  We use our light roasted Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe and our darker roasted Sumatra for this time-honored traditional coffee treat.  No, it's not chocolate.

Freight Car (Sarah's Blend) - Medium/dark roast.  This blend combines the smooth body of our medium roasted Colombian Supremo with the roasted smokiness of our Sumatra.  A special blend put together just for Sarah.  A must try!
